How can I shop at King's?

There are many convenient ways to shop at King’s:

  • Shop with us online by setting up a merchant account (exclusively for floral professionals) or an individual account.
  • Call to speak to a sales team member to place a prebook and inquire about joining one of our weekly merchant account programs.
  • Come on by in person to shop our Fresh Cut Flower Cooler, large variety of floral supplies, and greenhouse.

Does King's Design Floral Arrangements?

No, King’s is your one-stop wholesale flower shop. However, we’d be happy to connect you with a reputable floral designer in your area.

I am a floral professional. How do I get discounts on my purchases?

Floral professionals are considered those working in the floral industry. Subsequently, floral professionals can receive discounts on purchases at King’s by setting up a merchant account.

  1. Set up your merchant account online by clicking “Sign Up” OR by calling your preferred sales team member.
  2. Provide your tax identification and annual resale certificate when signing up.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your account to be verified and start receiving applicable discounts.

When do I need to place my order?

Call your preferred sales team member to prebook 2 weeks in advance. To place orders for next day, use the King’s website, come by the shop, or call a sales team member.

Is there a minimum purchase order to shop at King's?

No, there is no minimum purchase order. Buy in bulk or one bunch at a time. However, please note, minimum sale quantity may depend on product availability and the season.

Can I shop in person at King's?

Absolutely! Come on by and peruse our Fresh Cut Flower Cooler, greenhouse, glassware, floral tools and supplies. If you don’t find what you are looking for, an onsite sales team member will be happy to order it for you.

What are my options for delivery/shipping/pick up?

We offer three convenient ways to receive your products from King’s:

  • FREE! Pick-up at King’s
  • Delivery by a King’s Driver
  • Shipping via FedEx

Do I need to register for your site?

Yes, to make a purchase online please sign up for an account. Your account allows you to easily order your most frequently purchased and favorite items as well as view your order history. In addition, floral professionals receive greater discounts by registering for a merchant account on our site.

Can I pre-order my purchase?

Yes, your order will be picked, pulled, and ready for FREE pick-up when you arrive, or choose another one of our convenient delivery methods.

I'm interested in getting fresh product weekly at a discount. How do I sign up?

Call your preferred sales team member to join our DuFresh and Platinum Programs. Your DuFresh order will be shipped directly from the farm just for you each week and is guaranteed to be “fresher than fresh”. Already a DuFresh member? Join our Platinum Program to receive further discounts on fresh cut flowers.

When can I use my DuFresh points to earn free product??

DuFresh Points are earned throughout the year on every purchase you make at King’s as a DuFresh member. DuFresh Points are dollars in your pocket to use towards purchasing all your favorite products & supplies at King’s. DuFresh Points can be used for shopping with us in person at the end of your yearly commitment and at our annual OPEN HOUSE.
